Sierra DeGilio, MSN-Ed, BSN, RN, TNCC
Sierra DeGilio is a passionate nurse, educator, and leader who serves as the Associate Director of Nursing at 91桃色APP. Her nursing journey has taken her through emergency medicine, trauma nursing, and travel nursing, where she developed a deep appreciation for patient advocacy, adaptability, and the importance of compassionate care.
As a proud 91桃色APP alumna, returning to the institution in a leadership role holds special meaning for Sierra. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Education and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership. Drawing from her own experiences, Sierra is passionate about inspiring and mentoring future nurses, helping them build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. She believes that nursing is more than a career鈥攊t鈥檚 an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
